This policy explains how Growth Training and Consulting Ltd (“Practopro”, “we”, “us”), a company registered in England and Wales with its registered office at 1 Fairface Way, Woburn Sands, Milton Keynes, MK17 8FJ, United Kingdom, collects, uses and protects personal data when you use the Practopro platform (practopro.com and the associated application).
We are the data controller for the personal data described below. If your organisation is a Practopro customer, your employer may also act as a data controller for the training data your account generates — see “Your organisation’s role” further down.
This policy covers: visitors to our marketing site, people who request a demo or contact us, and learners, managers, curators and administrators who use the Practopro application on behalf of a customer organisation.
We do not currently collect payment information — Practopro does not yet process live subscription payments. When paid billing launches we will update this policy before doing so, and payment card details will always be handled directly by our payment processor (Stripe), never stored on our own servers.
If you use Practopro because your employer is a customer, your employer’s administrators can access training data for members of their own organisation — progress, practice attempts, scores and feedback — as part of managing their team’s training. Practice attempts you mark private stay private unless you explicitly share them or your organisation’s policy marks an assignment as formally assessed. Organisations can never see another organisation’s data — every customer’s data is isolated at the database level.
We use the following sub-processors to run Practopro. Each only receives the data it needs to perform its specific function, under a data processing agreement or equivalent terms.
We do not sell personal data, and we do not use your data to train third-party AI models beyond the processing needed to generate your own coaching feedback in the moment.
Our primary database is hosted in the EU. Some of the sub-processors above (including Anthropic, ElevenLabs, Deepgram, HeyGen, LiveKit and PostHog) may process data outside the UK and EEA, including in the United States. Where this happens, we rely on the safeguards those providers make available, such as Standard Contractual Clauses or an equivalent adequacy mechanism, to ensure your data remains protected.
We keep account and training data for as long as your organisation’s account remains active, so you can continue to track progress and review past feedback over time. If your organisation’s account is closed, or you ask us to delete your personal data, we will delete or anonymise it within a reasonable period, except where we need to keep limited records to meet a legal obligation.
Under UK GDPR, you have the right to:
To exercise any of these rights, contact us at customersupport@practopro.com. If you’re not satisfied with our response, you have the right to complain to the UK Information Commissioner’s Office (ico.org.uk).
We use a small number of cookies to run the platform and understand how it’s used. See our Cookie Policy for the full detail and how to manage your preferences.
Practopro is a business tool intended for use by working adults on behalf of their employer. It is not directed at, and we do not knowingly collect data from, children.
We may update this policy as Practopro evolves — for example, when we introduce paid billing. We’ll update the date at the top of this page when we do, and for significant changes we’ll take reasonable steps to let customers know.
Questions about this policy or how we handle your data can be sent to customersupport@practopro.com, or by post to Growth Training and Consulting Ltd, 1 Fairface Way, Woburn Sands, Milton Keynes, MK17 8FJ, United Kingdom.
